SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order processing takes place Monday through Friday. Each order will be processed within 3 to 5 days of being placed and shipped on the day after processing is finalized.

Our standard shipping time ranges from 10 to 15 days; we ask for your patience while waiting for your logistics information to be updated.

Some of our products are entirely handmade. Due to the high number of orders, we need 1 to 2 weeks to produce these handmade items, which may result in an extended delivery time.

Your local customs authority may need additional documentation and extra time to clear your package, which may delay the expected delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, the majority of orders are delivered via the local postal service, meaning you will receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not available when delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
