Cancellation

Cancel your order before it’s shipped or made, and you’ll get a full refund. We can’t cancel orders after they’re shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. The item must be unused, in the same condition as you got it, and in the original box. You need a receipt or proof of purchase. Don’t send items to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

We’ll email you when we get your return and check it. We’ll tell you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in 1–5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you don’t get your refund: Check your bank account, call your credit card company, then call your bank. If still missing, email honest@hearthsglow.com.
